📦 How It Works

Raise a Request
Click on the “Return” option on our website or message us on our official WhatsApp. -
Get Your Request ID
Once submitted, you’ll receive a Return Request ID via email or WhatsApp. -
Prepare the Product
Make sure the item is unused, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact. -
Inspection & Processing
After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll proceed with your exchange or refund.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The request is raised within 5 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
🔁 Return & Exchange Process
- Request Submission: Raise a return/exchange request via website or WhatsApp
- Approval: Our team will review and approve your request

Pickup/Self-Shipping:
- We’ll arrange a pickup or
- Share details if self-shipping is required
- Quality Check: Product is inspected once received
- Exchange: Replacement product will be shipped within 7 working days
💰 Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items:
Eligible for a full refund- Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → Issued as store credit

Refund Timeline:
Processed within 5–7 working days after quality check
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
- If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, you’ll receive a full refund via the original payment method
