Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

Process Overview:

To initiate a return or exchange, click the "Return" option on our website, or message us on our official WhatsApp account.

A return request will be raised, and you will receive a Return Request ID via email or WhatsApp.

The product must be unused, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

Once the product is inspected, the exchange or refund process will begin.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange.

To be eligibleYou must initiate the return/exchange by clicking "Return" on our website or messaging us on our official WhatsApp account within 5 days of receiving your order.

The product should be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.

 

Return/Exchange Process:

Initiate a Request: Click "Return" on our website or send a message to our WhatsApp account to raise the request. You will be issued a Return Request ID via email or WhatsApp.

Approval: Our team will review the request. Once approved, we will schedule a pick-up or provide instructions for self-shipping the product.

Quality Check: Once the product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return/exchange guidelines.

Exchange/Return Completion: If eligible for an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped within 7 working days after receiving the product.


Refund Policy:

Refunds for Damaged/Defective Products: Refunds will be processed for damaged or defective items. The refund will be issued via the original payment method for prepaid orders or as store credit for future purchases.

COD Orders: For COD orders, the INR 100 shipping charge will not be refunded. Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit.

Refund Timeline: Once the product passes our quality check, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled anytime before shipment, and the full amount will be refunded.

If an order is canceled, lost, or undelivered, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
