If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.


📦 How It Works

  1. Raise a Request
    Click on the “Return” option on our website or message us on our official WhatsApp.
  2. Get Your Request ID
    Once submitted, you’ll receive a Return Request ID via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Prepare the Product
    Make sure the item is unused, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  4. Inspection & Processing
    After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll proceed with your exchange or refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is raised within 5 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

🔁 Return & Exchange Process

  • Request Submission: Raise a return/exchange request via website or WhatsApp
  • Approval: Our team will review and approve your request
  • Pickup/Self-Shipping:
    • We’ll arrange a pickup or
    • Share details if self-shipping is required
  • Quality Check: Product is inspected once received
  • Exchange: Replacement product will be shipped within 7 working days

💰 Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    Eligible for a full refund
    • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
    • COD orders → Issued as store credit
  • Refund Timeline:
    Processed within 5–7 working days after quality check

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
  • If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, you’ll receive a full refund via the original payment method
